Last Friends: OMG. Definitely one of the best dramas I've seen in quite some time. EITA! ♥ I like his hair the best in this series than the other ones I've seen him in (Sapuri, Nodame)... but I digress. Such a different kind of jdrama from what I'm used to watching. Love triangle with a lesbian twist as well as domestic violence? O_O Ueno Juri does an amazing job-- definitely one of the best Japanese actress' out there! Overall, the acting in this drama is great-- special props go to Nishikido Ryo; he's totally believable in character. *shudders* I'm surprised that this drama didn't win any awards... GO WATCH IT NOW!
Absolute Boyfriend/Zettai Kareshi: Okay, I can't really stand any of the actors/storyline, but since I've watched it THIS far I might as well finish it. *sigh* I'm sorry Moko... but I think your place on my "hot men" chart just went down a few notches. D: It'll be interesting to see how the series ends seeing as Riiko has yet to confirm any kinds of feelings for Night. (And the whole premise of the manga was the possibility of love between a human and a robot.)
Gokusen 3: Okay, there's a reason why many jdramas don't have multiple seasons... The first season was fun and entertaining, second season was entertaining, and this is just the same things from seasons 1 and 2 with different characters. IT'S GETTING A LITTLE OLD. But I love Yankumi (and Haruma Miura isn't half bad to look at... though I like him in Binbo Danshi better...) FIGHTO-OH!

Nobody Knows: The story that this film is based on is so sad... Google "Nobody Knows Wiki" or "Affair of the four abandoned children of Sugamo" to get more info...
I was really interested in seeing this one ever since I read about it in the Hokubei Mainichi years ago... but never got a chance to see it. In a way it reminds me of Grave of the Fireflies as well as Flowers in the Attic. Really drives home the idea that some people just shouldn't become parents.
Unfortunately, I was only able to watch half of the film yesterday (had an eye appointment early this morning... =_
, but I'm definitely going to finish it tonight! (hopefully before So You Think You Can Dance-- Go Twitch! XD)
